East Metro Isolation Bay Renovation

RTD is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide repairs and renovations to the East Metro isolation bay (Pit 4) This project includes the replacement of various components of the existing RTD East Metro Inspection Pit The Work includes: All construction supervision, demolition, rebuilding, and furnishing and installing of materials; all permits, labor, materials, tools and equipment, and any incidentals necessary to provide a complete and functional system. This includes all concrete, structural steel, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, and electrical connections. The contractor shall dispose of all removed material in accordance with state and federal laws. All work shall adhere to all applicable codes, built to industry standards, and installed in a professional manner.
