Public Works Loma Rica Maintenance Yard

The County of Yuba is soliciting bids for a project consisting of construction of a new building for the County’s Public Works maintenance crews in the County’s Loma Rica Yard. The new building will provide storage space, office space for crew members, space for repair and maintenance of Public Works vehicles. Technology cabling will connect the building to the County’s servers. The County estimates the building will be approximately 7,380 gross square feet. Included in the project is removal of the existing building and construction of a new septic system. Engineers estimate for base bid only: $1,500,000 (includes building and all site improvements) The contract duration is estimated at 180 working days.
