Flooring Removal and Replacement – Public Works Yard

The City of Victorville Public Works Department is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and replace existing flooring at the Public Works Yard located at 14177 McArt Road, Victorville, CA 92392. The project includes demolition and disposal of existing carpet, tile, and stair treads, surface preparation, and installation of new carpet, tile, laminate flooring, and stair treads in multiple areas throughout the facility, including offices, restrooms, hallways, conference rooms, and crew areas. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and City standards. The contractor shall coordinate work to minimize disruption to staff operations and complete the project within fourteen (14) working days from the Notice to Proceed.
