WASTE COLLECTION EQUIPMENT IN-CAB TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS

The County is seeking a five (5) year contract, fo r an in-cab technology system that will increase efficiencies within our curbside collection operations, enhance customer service, ensure correct billings, and improve operator safety. For reasons of economy and efficiency, the County, with approval from the Board of Supervisors, reserves the right to extend the term of this contract for four (4) one-year terms, following the initial five (5) year term upon mutual agreement between County and the Proposer. The in-cab technology system shall include; hardware, software application(s), installation of hardware and software, professional services for product training and integration with County interface, and on-going support and maintenance services.
