(1) Vendor needs to provide facility assessment and concept development study services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.• Conduct a visual assessment of the existing building and site.• Review the condition of major building components and systems including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life–safety systems.• Identify significant deferred maintenance items, facility deficiencies, operational challenges, and accessibility concerns.• Summarize findings and provide recommendations for future improvements.• Review current space utilization and identify opportunities to improve functionality, flexibility, storage, circulation, and programming space.• Develop a preferred conceptual improvement plan addressing facility deficiencies and program needs.(2) An onsite pre–bid meeting will be held on July 07, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
