Vendor needs to provide deaf specialty mental health treatment services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.• Provide a supervised, non–institutional, therapeutic environment that fosters safety, respect, and dignity for each consumer enrolled in the program.• Provide meaningful day activities that are tailored to each individual resident’s needs and based upon ongoing evaluation of the individual resident’s needs in relation to the program’s continued stay, transfer, and discharge criteria.• Access to education, employment and training programs.• Access to the local, regional, or statewide deaf community events at least once a month.• Family support services, counselling, and clinically indicated services which promote healthy family connections and interactions with extended family and significant others.• Provide timely, seamless transfer from one level of care to another based upon ongoing evaluation of the needs of each consumer and their family in relation to the program’s continued stay, transfer, and discharge criteria.• Provide case management services commencing at treatment admission and continuing through discharge.• Develop resources for connection to safe, stable, and affordable housing that can be sustained over time.
