Description
The intent of this solicitation is to receive responses from qualified proposers for the rental, installation, and removal of holiday and special event decorations in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein. Once the response review process has been completed, the City intends to enter into a term contract for an initial three (3) year period. Upon satisfactory completion of the initial term, the option to renew the contract for two additional one-year terms shall be available upon mutual agreement between the City and awarded Contractor.
