(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical services workforce, infrastructure, and system modernization initiative services to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.– Initiative is designed to strengthen and sustain EMS systems by enhancing system capacity, coordination, and performance to ensure reliable and timely emergency medical services.– EMS system transformation, including workforce sustainability, clinical quality improvement, financial sustainability, community–based care models, and enhanced coordination across healthcare and public safety partners.– Workforce development, leadership, and EMS system sustainability.– Specialized equipment and technology integration.– Regional EMS coordination, shared resources, and integrated dispatch systems.– Clinical quality improvement and EMS performance oversight.– EMS system development, clinical quality improvement, workforce development, healthcare integration, operational coordination, or EMS sustainability initiatives.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
