Description
The City of Vista is requesting proposals from civil engineering consulting firms (Consultant) to provide on-call civil engineering plan check services. The services will be on an as-needed basis for the duration of three years. The City intends to award two contracts to provide the requested services for a three year term with an optional extension for an additional two year period, The maximum term of the contract shall be 5 years. The services will be conducted under a contract with the City of Vista, hereafter referred to as “the City”. The engineering consultant entity is hereafter referred to as “the Consultant”.
