(1) Vendor needs to provide recycling collection services to the government authority located in Irving, TX.– Provide all required safety equipment and instruct personnel to observe all safety policies, rules, and requirements at all times– Provide container clear of any graffiti or advertising, except the advertising logo of the vendor– Monitoring the vendor’s progress and performance and ensuring services conform to established specification requirements– Identifying a breach of contract by assessing the difference between contract performance and non–performance– Provide all labor, equipment, vehicles, containers, fuel, transportation, materials, and incidentals necessary to furnish, service, transport, and recycle commingled recyclable materials generated(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026
