Ford OEM Parts and Service

The vendor shall provide OEM Ford parts, along with comprehensive service and repair for Ford passenger vehicles and light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks. This includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related components required to perform repairs and maintenance. The vendor must be authorized and capable of executing OEM warranty repairs, with tracking and documentation through the Ford Oasis network. Additionally, the vendor must offer same-day priority service to the City of Santa Monica for emergency response vehicles, including Police and Fire vehicles. All orders and service requests will be made on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. The City does not guarantee a minimum expenditure for parts or services.
