Light/Medium Duty Vehicle OEM Parts and Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish term contracts with qualified service providers for the provision of light/medium duty OEM parts and services for the City’s vehicle fleet. The fleet currently includes 925 Ford vehicles, 126 Chevrolet/GMC vehicles, 69 Dodge/Jeep vehicles, and 19 Nissan vehicles.
