Request for Qualification for Capital Improvement Project; Construction Material Testing and Environmental Support Services for the Raleigh Convention Center Expansion

This RFQ aims to invite firms to showcase their qualifications and interest in providing (A) construction materials testing and special inspection services, and (B) environmental investigation, monitoring, and construction-phase environmental compliance services for the Raleigh Convention Center Expansion. Proposed offerors must demonstrate they have the necessary experience, skills, as well as technical and administrative capabilities, to effectively participate in a collaborative team-based project delivery approach.
