– Printing and mailing of approximately 75,000 tax statements that meet or exceed the following specifications:• The successful vendor will need to coordinate with the Finance and Revenue Department to design two forms (real and personal taxes) for printing.• The successful vendor will need to work closely with the agency to design, proof and print the tax forms and all envelopes involved in mailing. The form will be 8.5” x 11“, 60# white paper, multi–color on both front and back with a perforated stub (1/3 page).• Grouping of multiple tax bills for taxpayer with reports on totals prior to mailing.• Capable of providing PDF document of mailed Property Tax notices within 10 business days of mailing.– Capable of producing in excess of 1,000 notices per minute in order to meet deadlines.
