Description
Levy County is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms for renovation of approximately 1000 square feet of interior space at the first floor to convert an area into a Courtroom and conference room. Site work will include new ADA parking and sidewalks, and ADA Ramp to the building. The work includes site demolition, grading, asphalt and concrete work, masonry and handrails and landscaping. Interior work includes interior selected demolition, structural demolition, new construction of drywall partition, doors and hardware, finishes at floors, walls and ceilings, millwork and casework, electrical and mechanical upgrades and fire alarm upgrades.
