– Vendor needs to provide cloud–based aircraft computer maintenance management system. – Provide Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the aircraft fleet.– Configurable Commercial–Off–The–Shelf (COTS) software and currently in aviation industry use and can be configured to support the aircraft fleet.– Perform all maintenance management functions, as well as plan, track, schedule and forecast, audit, etc., using recording procedures, tools, and technical documentation.– Capability to create tailored maintenance work orders (aircraft or shop) for planning, cost tracking, and status tracking.– Capability to provide reports and to filter collected data for use in multiple areas of program analysis (ex: parts, usage tracking and failures, etc.).– Capability to create due lists filtered by a variety of factors.– Capability to track and record employee certifications and trainings.– Capability to track and record labor hours.– Capability to track calibration of tooling and equipment used in aircraft maintenance discrepancies, to generate lists of all aircraft discrepancies associated with individual calibrated items, and to provide reports of calibrated inventory for compliance management.– Ensure staffing is appropriate to provide services that guarantee aircraft maintenance parts, equipment, and all operational supplies are tracked and accounted.– Capability to fully bar code all supply steps. – Capability to search for main assemblies and subassemblies as well as individual parts.– Capability to track traceability of items through changes to part and serial numbers.
