NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT CONSTRUCTION BIDS BLUE LINE FRANKLIN STATION RENOVATION 26P300 The Metropolitan Council intends to issue a solicitation for the construction of the Metro Transit Blue Line Franklin Avenue Station renovation project located at 1820 East Franklin Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The station serves METRO Blue Line Light Rail Transit on a rail bridge. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in Quarter 4 of 2026 for an estimated Spring 2027 construction start.
