(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services to the government authority located in Fredericksburg, TX.– Provide professional services for the planning, permitting, design, and construction support of a new Municipal Solid Waste Transfer Station.– The project scope includes planning, permitting, and design of a transfer station facility with a tipping floor, transfer truck loading infrastructure, along with supporting site improvements such as internal roadway circulation, drainage systems, utility coordination, and provisions for future scales and operational facilities for solid waste and recyclable, composting, and mulch materials within the existing permitted landfill area.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
