(1) Vendor needs to provide iCIMS hire software.• This software solution is a critical component of managing recruiting and hiring for the city.• The platform contains over 160,000 candidate profiles.• The iCIMS solution is closely integrated into our human resource information system to support the full lifecycle of positions and employees.• This extension is intended to minimize disruption to existing hiring programs – most notably the office of youth employment and opportunity’s youth summer jobs program, which employs over 10,000 youth annually. It is also necessary to allow sufficient time to extract historical records and data from the iCIMS platform and provide a usable record archive, so that we comply with our record retention requirements.• Access to phone numbers for SMS and texting communications between recruiters and candidates.• Access to iCIMS’ hiring solution with applicant tracking, offer management, onboarding, and SMS capabilities.• Digital chat and case support for designated system administrators through the iCIMS community• Access to iCIMS academy and knowledge–based resources through the iCIMS community.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
