(1) Vendor needs to provide health care sector workforce development specialized health care life skills training workshops service to the government authority located in Flint, MI.                             – To provide Specialized Health Care Life Skills Training Workshops supporting healthcare workforce development programming. – Provide up to four cohorts annually. – Each cohort must include at least 120 instructional hours delivered over a minimum of three weeks.• recruitment and intake support • evidence–based curriculum • employer–informed healthcare readiness content • participant documentation • 12 months of follow–up services • longitudinal reporting • designated agency point of contact(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
