'Project Description Specifically, this funding will provide immediate response to address the effects of the pandemic and other workforce challenges for these workers as well as to prevent current challenges from further intensifying. The monies for this program will go to program development, implementation and creation of program sustainability funding. The department intends to award a contract to only one (1) vendor.
