Online Voter's Pamphlet Filing

The Elections Division has requested an online voters pamphlet filing system so that a person or organization can submit candidate statement or measure argument online at any time until the filing deadline. Such a system would save the Filer considerable time, and it would increase the chances of getting the filing to the county with all the required information as part of the initial submission prior to the deadline. This would also save Elections staff time by increasing their productivity and efficiency as there will be considerably less information to review and follow-ups with the filer including processing of the filing fees. In addition, we will see operating savings by reduced paper related costs.
