Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Tulsa, OK.• Patch and repair walls and ceilings for new paint in office area.• Paint existing walls, ceilings, and wood window trim in office area.• Install new LVT flooring with new rubber baseboards in office area.• Demo existing light fixtures and install new light fixtures in office area.• Minor repairs to damaged wood on existing cabinets.• Install wood panel to the front of the lower sink to cover up exposed underside of sink.• Paint existing cabinets.• Repair roof; for metal roof, contractor shall clear old sealant from punctures, treat any rust, & seal small holes using a high–solids polyether or silicone roofing sealant. For holes larger than a pinhole, a matching metal target patch or UV–stable reinforced fabric patch system must be used.
