CONS-21910 - USA (Orting, Washington) - Construction Inspection Services - Deadline July 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction inspection services to the government authority located in Orting, WA.– The installation of new storm drainage infrastructure, a newly paved street with sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and street lighting.– Inspect and document construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.– Review materials for compliance with approved submittals.– Track quantities and document force account (time and materials) work.– Coordinate with the CM Team and engineers on minor changes and change orders.– Prepare daily inspection reports and diaries using Virtual Project Manager software.– Maintain complete and accurate inspection documentation, including photos.– Ensure compliance with City standards, development guidelines, and applicable regulations.– Monitor workmanship and finished installations for quality and conformity.– Coordinate with materials testing consultants to ensure required testing is completed.– Coordinate utility shutdowns and observe testing procedures.– Develop and manage project punch lists.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
