NET-16539 - USA (Providence, Rhode Island) - Transfer Switch Services - Deadline July 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide automatic transfer switch services to the government authority located in Providence, RI. – Provide preventative maintenance services for transfer switches.– Including Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and Manual Transfer Switches (MTS).– Record nameplate data, model or catalog number, serial number, voltage, amperage, etc.– Record switch location and designation.– Record all time delay settings and verify that the delay matches the setting.– Perform localized infrared scan on all cable connections, bus bar, and main contacts.– Check and record frequency on both normal and emergency power sources.– Check switch for proper transfer operation and sequencing of time delays and controls.– If the switch is a bypass and isolation transfer switch, exercise and operate the bypass/isolation section of the switch.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
