North Campus Driveway Project

The Selected CONTRACTOR shall furnish and construct unless otherwise noted, all necessary permits, labor, equipment, and materials to complete the CCUA North Campus Driveway, located at 3176 Old Jennings Road. The work shall consist of the following, but not limited to, the Work identified in the Contract Documents. A. Mobilization/Demobilization, General Requirements, and Bonds and Insurance. B. Stormwater System modifications: 1.Modification of existing stormwater pond and storm drain system. C. Driveway Construction 1. Installation of approximately 465 feet of 24-foot-wide driveway with expanded width to accommodate a concrete island as shown on the construction documents. 2. Installation of new mechanical security gate and card reader assembly. D. Conduct all necessary testing and start-up. E. Prepare Record Drawings. The technical specifications provide a detailed summary of the work. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for protecting existing materials, structures, and equipment on-site during construction activities. All materials, methods of construction, and standards must be in accordance with the AUTHORITY’s approved material manual, specs, and details.
