Description
The City of Napa, a California charter city (“City”), will accept sealed bids for its Project Title Project (“Project”), by or before Proposal Submission Date , at Proposal Submission Time , via electronic submission through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofnapa , in the manner set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. This project will focus on upgrading the PD gun range. The work will involve earthwork to prepare the site for three new reinforced concrete pads. The concrete pads will be constructed to serve as foundations for two bullet traps and one CMU shooting platform with a plywood countertop. The work also includes the demolition of the existing CMU shooting platform.
