(1) Vendor needs to provide instrumentation and monitoring solution.–  The work includes establishing a unified, centralized Instrumentation and Monitoring (I&M) System that facilitates graphical presentation of I & M data, ensures consistent data management across all Construction Contract Packages, and enables uninterrupted monitoring of Instrumentation Data.– This system will serve as the single platform for Instrumentation and Monitoring (I&M) data storage, visualization, and stakeholder access, supporting improved communication, property protection, and data–driven decision making throughout the project lifecycle.– Be capable of importing and storing manual and automatic readings, and be able to work with any instrument and hardware that has an open platform.– Be modular and scalable to accept more data throughout multiple project phases and geographic areas.– Be capable of passing data to other systems such as Tunnel Boring Machine real–time monitoring software, if needed.– Be capable of reporting the percentage of instruments that are collecting, processing and uploading instrumentation data at any given point in time.– Be capable of reporting time required to process instrumentation data from collection of automatic or manual instrumentation data readings to visualizing data on I & M System.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
