(1) Vendor needs to provide banners and flags services to the government authority located in Virginia.• Fabrication by Acid Dye Method – High tenacity 200 denier nylon (US manufacturer preferred), 3.5 ounces and printed sleeve wrapped around and reinforced,• Webbing and grommets for extra strength,• Double needle lock stitch sewing on all edges (all stitching must use Teflon thread),• Double–fold fly end for added strength.• Fixed banners must have reinforced printed sleeve pockets top and bottom with corner grommets.• The printing process shall use dyes for full color textile penetration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
