Lancaster County Coroner's Office Renovations Architect

Lancaster County intends to renovate the existing Coroner’s office. The County will need professional Architectural services to ensure the renovation maximizes return by including as many of the Coroner’s needs as possible within the project budget. • Existing Building Renovation- Renovate & replace existing interior finishes. Reconfigure hall to accommodate a new addition. Add ventilation to existing building to properly ventilate the sub-structure. • New Additional- Expand procedure room, add new cooler, add laundry room, add restroom, add secured evidence storage, add storage, add short term rest area, add sally porte and relocate records office • Site- Replace electric gate, create fenced in area to store 2 to 3 vehicles, expand employee parking
