MB-10295 - USA (New York) - Third Party Administration and Claim Services for Self-Insured Program - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administration and claim services for self–insured program. – Provide these minimum claims services:1. Claims Case Management and Claims Administration;2. Loss Reporting;3. Financial Reporting;4. Review and investigate all reported claims.– Provider shall provide, at a minimum, the following information on each reported claim:• Town and Provider file number;• Maintain a claim file for each reported claim;• Date of accident;• Name of injured claimant;• Occupation;• Description of accident;• Injuries;• Assessment of liability;• Projected cost;• Quarterly claims management review reports;• Administrator shall give notice to the excess casualty insurer;• Issue letter of denial where appropriate;• Supervise claims adjusters to ensure files are current;• Provide monthly loss runs;• Cooperate fully with internal/external auditors;(2) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
