CR 1883 Improvements Phase 1

The proposed project, hereinafter referred to as the “Project” consists of the resurfacing the existing roadway of CR 1883 for approximately 4.92 miles from the intersection of SR 83 to the intersection of CR 183B in Walton County, Florida. Improvements include milling and resurfacing of the roadway, signing and pavement marking upgrades, and minor drainage improvements. Contract Time: The contract duration is Contract Duration in Days days to substantial completion with an additional Number of Days until Punch List Completion days for punch list completion. This Project is funded with federal financial assistance awarded to the State of Florida and is subject to the terms and conditions of the State of Florida, Department of Transportation (FDOT) Grant Award Agreement No. G2M73 included in the attachments section of this ITB. The contractor(s) performing the work on this Project (whether the prime contractor or a subcontractor) must be FDOT prequalified in the following work classes if performing work in that specific work class: WORK CLASS # WORK CLASS NAME 7 Drainage 10 Flexible Paving 11 Grading 12 Grassing, Seeding, and Sodding 28 Pavement Marking 38 Roadway Signing Proof of FDOT prequalification in the above work classes must be submitted with the bid.
