NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT: HIGHLAND VILLAGE STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (PHASE 1)

This Notice of Intent to Solicit (NOIS) is issued on behalf of the City of North Miami Beach Public Works Department to notify interested, qualified contractors of the City’s intent to release a competitive solicitation for the Highland Village Stormwater Improvements Project (Phase 1) . The anticipated solicitation will seek bids for construction services associated with the Highland Village Stormwater Improvements Project (Phase 1). The solicitation is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation to Bid (ITB) and will require appropriate State of Florida contractor licensing and demonstrated experience in stormwater and utility construction. The project is anticipated to be federally-funded and subject to applicable federal grant requirements.
