Consulting Services for Employment Investigations

The City is seeking a vendor to provide a review of records (to potentially include email messages, etc.), interviewing witnesses and reviewing audio recordings to investigate allegations of discrimination, harassment and/or bullying made by an employee/supervisor for one (1) case. The investigator should be a non-attorney (to comply with other City standards) and be experienced in employment investigations of this nature. The vendor is expected to provide a comprehensive report with recommendations following the investigation.
