23MISC7, FCPS Central Office Board, Studio and TV Control Rooms Upgrade

General work description: The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor(s) to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and any incidentals necessary for upgrading the Board Room, Studio, and Control Room for a complete and finished project for Frederick County Public Schools. This FCPS Board Room, Studio and Control Room project will provide staff and the community a modernized engagement experience for, but not limited to, Board of Education meetings, professional development classes, and hybrid (virtual/in-person) meetings. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for providing drawings for room layout, wiring diagrams, delivery lead time, and timelines for all equipment on this contract. Fredrick County Public Schools will coordinate within to perform construction-related tasks which include but is not limited to wire pulling, repositioning sprinklers, and door relocation. It is the contractor’s responsibility to determine and define what work needs to be performed. Below is an overview of each room.
