On-Call Code Compliance Services

The City of Monterey (“City”) is a charter city located in the County of Monterey. The City is seeking comprehensive proposals for professional services from qualified firms or individuals to provide code compliance services on an as-needed basis for the City’s Community Development Department for an initial period of one year with a not-to-exceed annual funding limit of $200,000. The agreement will include an option for two additional one (1) year extensions also with an annual not-to-exceed funding limit of $200,000. The amount of work to be requested during the twelve-month contract period cannot be well defined at the outset. Work shall be issued through a notice-to-proceed. The City reserves the right to enter into agreements with multiple firms as a result of this Request for Proposals.
