This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026 Traffic Calming – Malmo Avenue and Riverside Neighborhood, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This project includes but not limited to the placement of traffic calming measures permeant and temporary within Malmo Avenue and Riverside Neighbourhood. Traffic Calming Measure include sidewalks, para ramps, medians and curb and gutter work for concrete related work. Placement of bollards and, repair of asphalt and landscaping as required. Temporary traffic measures include the transport and placement of traffic calming devises on Riverside, Rankin and Redspur Drives.
