Kootenai Street Traffic Calming Orchard to Vista Avenue Re-Bid

In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall consist of milling and repaving Kootenai Street, Orchard Street to Vista Avenue. The work also includes adding concrete chicane islands, replacing stormwater and irrigation pipe, replacing and adding curb, gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, installing seepage beds, replacing two traffic signals, and adding a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon. The work performed under this contract shall be completed in its entirety on or before June 5, 2023. The completion date is predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about July 27, 2022. The work must start no later than September 19, 2022.
