Description
General work description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, permitting, coordination, installation, and testing services necessary to install Owner-furnished emergency vehicle preemption (EVP) equipment at the intersections listed below. The owner furnished equipment is the Opticom signal preemption platform. The EVP systems shall be made fully operational and compatible with Golden Fire Department’s vehicle-based preemption technology and the existing traffic signal infrastructure. Installation shall occur at Seven intersections within Eight separate controller cabinets.
