(1) Vendor needs to provide developer partner services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.• Preparing all applications requirements for any and all funding needed for development.• Preparing the master plan for development, including, but not limited to, site design and overall infrastructure engineering, supervision, architectural renderings, and construction.• Conducting a market analysis and return on investment analysis to determine the right mix of units and the investment required, and the likely impact of the development in its proposed township or borough.• Preparing, as necessary, the mixed finance plans and securing the most advantageous investor and equity partners; creating a vision for the projects.• Securing necessary permits and approvals for the development of the projects.• Developing the rental–designated units(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
