– Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted army intelligence data platform. – Provide Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP), to include capabilities to support echelon–based solutions that include services, processing, and data management capabilities.– Serve as a scalable, flexible and resilient intelligence platform, capable of supporting dynamic operational needs while maintaining robust accessibility and adaptability, and a future proof intelligence framework that enhances operational effectiveness at all echelons.– Provide a comprehensive suite of intelligence tools and services to support Army intelligence analysis, decision–making, and operational effectiveness.– Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used during evaluations.– Design a modern data interface to allow programs supporting Joint operations and Coalition Partners to easily consume intelligence data and services.– Ensure the solution is easy to use, from initial user training to operational employment, requiring minimal sustainment support to lower the total cost of ownership.
