Description
Cordogan Clark invites you to bid on behalf of the City of Aurora for the Customer Service Center Renovation located at 3770 McCoy Drive, Aurora, IL 60504. Project consists of the renovation of approximately 8,000 s.f. of an existing type 2B, fully sprinkled facility. A new secure vestibule entrance shall be created on the eastern façade, to enter Fire Station 8. The main renovation includes selective wall demolition, replacement of flooring, walls, and ceilings, new LED lighting fixtures and controls within the customer service office, lobby and support spaces. Modification of ductwork and sprinkler will also be required to conform to new office layout.
