Description
MPA 430 is an open enrollment. The State of Rhode Island seeks qualified Vendors to provide Owner’s Representative services on an “as needed” basis for one or more Capital Projects Architectural/Engineering and/or construction projects. In addition, the State representing Rhode Island Department of Education is seeking Owner’s Project Manager services for School Construction Projects at Rhode Island’s Public Schools. Q&A period is only open for the initial award phase of the contract. Bid submissions must be received by September 30, 2025, to be awarded for the initial new contract that begins January 1, 2026.
