PURPOSE: The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a responsible vendor to provide Mowing Services according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to perform mowing services to include, but not limited to, the following items: grass, weed and small tree cutting; litter collection and removal; removal of branches in accordance with this specification. Mowing season is from April 1st to November 31st each year.
