The City of Pasadena ("City") is seeking a vendor to purchase and remove designated scrap metals for Pasadena Water and Power ("PWP"). Vendor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, and transportation to load, remove, transport city-owned bins to a certified weighmaster and return the bins within 24 hours and process proceeds payments to the City within 30 days of pickup.
