2025-2027 Snow Removal Services

The scope of work for this contract is to supply snow plowing, removal, anti-icing (pre-treatment), and deicing services. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials (including curb indicators), equipment, tools, and fuel to complete the work described within the Detailed Specifications (DS). This includes, but is not limited to, snowplows, front-end loaders, dump trucks, shovels, snow blowers, ice melt, salt spreaders (hand and truck), and safety equipment needed to complete the work at the following facilities owned and operated by the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD): George J. McMonagle (GJM) Administration Building; Environmental & Maintenance Services Center (EMSC); 12 Pump Stations; 20 West-side Outlying Facilities and 30 East-side Outlying Facilities. The duration of the requirement contract with the "Sewer District" shall be 18-months, or until the funds appropriated are exhausted. Services are to occur from November 1, 2025, through April 31, 2027.
