(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic design services.                    – To provide professional Graphic Design Services for the development of annual reports and related communications materials, including concept development, layout design formatting, visual enhancements, revisions, and final production–ready files.– Also a key communications and marketing material for Councillors, City staff and members of the public.• Highlight agency vision, goals and priorities• Help the public understand what agency does and how they can access the office’s services• Detail agency key reports, activities and impact from the previous fiscal Year.(2) The contract period will be one year.
