(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Cedar Springs, MI.– All trash and paper shall be collected and removed.– Clean and disinfect handles, spot–clean, clean glass.– Restroom cleaning and servicing.– Clean and disinfect all high–touch surfaces.– Floors shall be swept or dust mopped.– Carpets shall be vacuumed to remove accumulations of dust, dirt, stains, and soil.– Clean low–touch surfaces in waiting rooms and clinic exam rooms.– Horizontal, vertical surface cleaning.– Drinking fountain cleaning and disinfecting.– Elevator and stairway cleaning.– Clean window blinds.– Clean and dust low–touch surfaces in hallways, stairwells, offices, and non–clinic common areas.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29,2026.(3) A mandatory on–site pre–bid meeting will be held on July 24,2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
