Snow Removal Services 2024-2025

The scope of work for this contract is for a duration of six (6) months to supply anti-icing (pre-treatment), snow plowing, removal, and deicing services at the following facilities owned and operated by the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD): George J. McMonagle (GJM) Administration Building, Environmental & Maintenance Services Center (EMSC), Barberton Creek Pump Station, Dille Avenue Pump Station, Division Avenue Pump Station, Easterly Tunnel Dewatering Pump Station, ECT-3 Beulah Park, Euclid Creek Pump Station, Flats East Bank Pump Station, Jennings Road Pump Station, Jennings Road Storage Tank, Mary Street Pump Station, Stones Levee Pump Station, Superior Avenue Pump Station, Westerly Tunnel Dewatering Pump Station, Outlying Facilities – West Side (20 Sites), Outlying Facilities – East Side (30 Sites) Refer to the attached Site Maps for addresses and coverage details. The specific work varies by location. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials (including curb indicators), equipment, tools, and fuel to complete the work described herein. This includes, but is not limited to, snowplows, front-end loaders, dump trucks, shovels, snow blowers, ice melt, salt, salt spreaders (hand and truck), and safety equipment needed to complete the work. Site inspections are encouraged but not required. The Contractor shall include all costs when submitting bid unit prices. The NEORSD will not pay any charges outside of those submitted on the Invitation and Bid . By submission of a bid, the Contractor understands and agrees that any services quantified as per site visit on the Bid Form are ESTIMATES prepared by the NEORSD for comparison purposes and are NOT GUARANTEED minimum or maximum quantities. No quantities shall be exceeded without prior written authorization by the NEORSD.
