(1) Vendor needs to provide cisco PBX phone system to microsoft teams phone solution.– Replace cisco call manager 14.5 phone system with a microsoft teams calling and cloud–based system providing dial tone.– Migrate existing voicemail and replace cisco unity voicemail system to microsoft teams phone and voicemail.– Provide backup calling and voicemail access methods should cloud services or internet become unavailable.– Ensure calls are always routed to the correct department or service 24/7.– Provide recommendations and implement tools, call attendants, and calling trees to meet customer needs.– Provide a solution for analog lines as identified during the evaluation and discovery process.– Provide a solution that meets all local, state, and federal laws with regard to E911.– Seamless integration with teams with no third–party software installations.– Deliver a method to backup and restore system configurations for the proposed solution.– Implement call attendants and calling trees when applicable to meet customer needs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
